Kobe married Emily in 90 Day Fiancé season 9, and over the years, they've had two kids while living in Emily's parents' basement. In 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8, they excitedly share the news they were expecting their third child. However, Emily's parents seemed disappointed that they're expanding their family before finding their own place.

According to ET, which shared a preview of the next Happily Ever After season 8 episode, Shaun Robinson asks Emily's parents about their babysitting expectations at the Tell All. Emily's mother is clear that she prefers not to babysit more than once a week. On the other hand, Kobe expresses gratitude for everything his in-laws have done, regardless of their babysitting limits.

He mentions how much he appreciates Emily's parents for warmly welcoming him into their home and always making sure he never went to bed hungry. The touching moment brings tears to everyone's eyes, as Kobe can't resist praising Emily's father for his kindness. That's when Emily reveals that her father and Kobe have developed a really close bond, which explains why Kobe is so emotional over her parents.

Many people struggle with in-laws, but Kobe feels fortunate to have such welcoming and caring in-laws. He sees Emily's parents as his own family and appreciates all they do for him. It's wonderful to hear Emily's mom express her thoughts on the babysitting situation. It would have been a wise choice to wait until they were better prepared, both in terms of money and time.
